REMINDER OF OUR POLICY TO CHANGE OR CANCEL APPOINTMENTS:

Between January 1-Sept 30, we require 24 hours’ notice

Between Oct 1-Dec 31, we require 48 hours’ notice

For missed appointments or cancellations made within the cancelation window we charge the FULL FEE.

For emergencies we may reduce the fee to 50%, depending on the circumstance.

We charge fees to ensure that our practitioners don’t lose income, not as a punishment.

Also note that we have a relaxed but inclusive and cautious masking policy. 1. You are always welcome to wear a mask. We have some available for you if you like. 2. You MUST wear a mask within 5 days after plane travel or if you are experiencing any lingering symptoms of illness or allergy or if someone in your close circle is ill. 3. Masking might be requested by your practitioner for various reasons (symptoms, compromised immunity, etc.). Please wear a mask if they request.
