RMT Rates are raising as of Oct 16th, 2025 due to increased costs of running a business. Regardless if your appointment is made prior to this date, the new fee will come into effect. The new rates are as follows, and we are required to charge HST in addition:

30 mins $95

45 mins $115

60 mins $135

75 mins $155

90 mins $185

105 mins $220

120 mins $255

Please note our policy requires 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change an appointment.

As of Oct 1st, the timeframe will change to 48hrs

For missed appointments or cancellations made within the cancelation window we charge the FULL FEE.

For emergencies we may reduce the fee to 50%, depending on the circumstance.

We charge fees to ensure that our practitioners don’t lose income, not as a punishment.

Also note that effective April 2024, we have relaxed our masking policy. 1. You are always welcome to wear a mask. We have some available for you if you like. 2. You MUST wear a mask within 5 days after plane travel or if you are experiencing any lingering symptoms of illness or allergy. 3. Masking might be requested by your practitioner for various reasons (symptoms, compromised immunity, etc.). Please wear a mask if they request.
