Please note our policy requires 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment.

For missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours from January 1-September 30, we will be charging the FULL FEE if we are unable to fill the spot. For missed appointments or cancellations made within 48 hours from October 1-December 31, we will be charging the FULL FEE if we are unable to fill the spot.

We also bill a 50% compassion fee for missed appointments due to illness, emergency and any situation that results in a cancelation within the the late cancellation window. We deeply care about our patients, but the volume of illness related cancelations we receive makes it impossible to keep our practitioners schedules full. We know you respect what we do, and we value you, so charging this fee shows respect to both parties. Note that if you have a friend of family member that would love to take your place, we will not charge a fee.

Often times we are unable to fill last minute cancellations. After a devastating few years of navigating the financial hardships of the pandemic, we are asking that our communities support out practitioners by valuing their livelihoods.

Also note that effective April 2024, we have relaxed our masking policy. 1. You are always welcome to wear a mask. We have some available for you if you like. 2. You MUST wear a mask within 5 days after plane travel, or if you are experiencing any lingering symptoms of illness or allergy. 3. Masking might be requested by your practitioner for various reasons (symptoms, compromised immunity, etc.). Please wear a mask if they request.
